POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 tbsp Biotanica Pomegranate Powder
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1/2 cup of plant based milk

Directions

  • Add granola to bottom of glass
  • For the chia seeds
    • Mix chia seeds and milk together in a small glass jug, set aside
  • For the pomegranate topping
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
    • 1 tbsp Biotanica Pomegranate Powder
    • Sweeterner of choice (optional)
    • Place the above in a blender and blend until combined
  • Line side of glass with slices of kiwi fruit
  • Pour chia seeds mix onto granola
  • Top with pomegranate blend
